金樱根醇提取液耐缺氧作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究金樱根醇提取液的耐缺氧作用。方法 :采用常压耐缺氧法、对抗特异性心肌缺氧法、对抗脑缺血缺氧法、游泳实验法观察金樱根醇提取液对小鼠存活时间的影响。结果 :金樱根醇提取液明显延长小鼠常压缺氧、特异性心肌缺氧、脑缺血缺氧及游泳的存活时间。结论Objective: To study the effect of Radix Rosa Laevigata alcohol extract on hypoxia.Methods:Observed the effect of Radix Rosa Laevigata Alcohol Extract to the living time of mice by the test of the tolerance to anoxia under normal pressures,by the test of the specificity myocardium under hypoxia,by the celebral hypoxia-ischemia test,by the test of the mice swimming living time.Result:Radix Rosa Laevigata alcohol extract prolonged not only the duration of tolerance to anoxia under normal pressures,but under the specificity myocardium hypoxia,and under the celebral ischemia,and the swimming living time.Conclusion:Radix Rosa Laevigata alcohol extract has obvious hypoxia effect.
