跟骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼对临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 :比较累及关节面的移位跟骨骨折在开放复位内固定术后是否早期功能锻炼的临床结果。方法 :两组患者采用相同的手术治疗方法和术后功能锻炼方法 ,而制动的时间不同 ,A组32例患者 (36例骨折 )术后 1周开始功能锻炼 ,B组 1 6例患者 (2 0例骨折 )术后石膏外固定制动 6周开始功能锻炼 ,所有的患者随访时间至少 6个月。结果 :术后随访根据Maryland足部评分法 ,A组平均为 85 .6分 ,B组平均为 74 .8分 ,两组的结果在统计学上具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :移位跟骨骨折术后早期功能锻炼的患者 (A组 )在Maryland足部评分中疼痛指数和距下关节功能方面明显优于对照组 (B组 )。Objective:To evaluate the results of the length of post-operative immobilization of displaced,intra-articular calcaneus fracture.Methods:Two groups used the same operative technique and post-operative protocols, except for the length of post-operative immobilization.32 patients(36 fractures) that were mobilized after 1 week of surgery(Group A) were compared to 16 patients(20 fractures) that were casted for 6 weeks.Results:The Maryland Scores for Group A (mean 85.6) and Group B(mean 74.8) are significantly different statistically( P <0.05).Conclusions:The results of post-operative mobilization(Group A) are better than post-operative immobilization(Group B) in Maryland Scores for displaced,intra-articular calcaneus fractures.
