“肥三针”治疗单纯性肥胖大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究“肥三针”对单纯性肥胖SD雄性大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :采用自制的高脂饲料喂饲SD雄性大鼠制成单纯性肥胖模型 ,把高脂组随机分成针刺组和针刺对照组 ,针刺 15天后 ,采用酶法检测所有大鼠血清甘油三脂 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C) ,计算出动脉硬化指数 (AI) ,并检测出体重、代表其肥胖度的LEE指数、腹围、肾及附睾周围脂肪的重量 ,运用假设检验分析数据。结果 :针刺组的体重、LEE指数、腹围均明显下降 (前二者为P <0 .0 0 1,后者为P <0 .0 5 ) ,附睾周围脂肪的重量明显低于针刺对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,TG、AI均有不同程度的下降。结论 :“肥三针”治疗单纯性肥胖大鼠有显著的疗效 ,特别局部减肥作用明显 ,对脂质代谢有一定的调整作用。Objective:To study the effect of 'Fei Shan Zhen' on the treatment of experimental simply obesity in rats.Methods:Rats were fed with fatty foods so as to replicate the animal model of simply obesity.Divided the modle rats randomly into two groups,i.e.,acupuncture group,acupuncture control group.To acupuncture 15 days,the levels of all the rats of cholesterol(TC),triglyoeride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were investigated,then figured up the arteriosclerosis index(AI).And tested their weight,Lee's index,abdominal extensor girth,the weiht of renal and epididynal ambient fat,to use the analysis of assumption to count the statistical data.Result:The weight,Lee's index,abdominal extensor girth of acupuncture group had fallen.The weight of epididynal ambient fat is group markedly lower than acupuncture control group.There are variant fallings in data of TG and AI.Conclusions:'Fei Shan Zhen'is really effective on treatment experimental simply obesity in model rats,especially in sectional reducing.There are some effect on the lipid metabolize.
