摘　　要：目的了解长期进行血液透析患者营养不良状态的原因。方法选择2007—2013年年龄与性格相匹配的长期进行血液透析的患者60例,分析其营养不良的原因。结果进行长期血液透析患者发生营养不良其原因是多方面的,主要与患者所患的自身疾病,身体基础状况,是否进行规律的透析,进一步的饮食营养等多方面因素有关。结论应进一步加强患者及其家属的宣传教育,以便提高长期进行血液透析患者的生存及其生活质量。Objective To understand the causes of long-term hemodialysis patients with malnutrition. Methods A total of 60 of long-term hemodialysis patients with malnutrition were investigated from 2007 to 2013. Results The causes of malnutrition in the long-term hemodialysis patients were various, and the main causes were the disease itself, the based situation of the body, whether having the regular dialysis or not, further diet and others. Conclusion We should further strengthen the education of patients and their families, so as to improve their qualities of life.
