自拟养肺软坚方治疗肺癌83例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养肺软坚方治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择经脱落细胞学检查或病理学检查确诊为原发性支气管肺癌的患者83例,采用养肺软坚方治疗,3个月为1疗程,观察2个疗程。结果:本组83例治疗后,无CR,PR5例,NC64例,进展PDl4例,近期缓解率为6.0%,癌灶稳定率为83.1%。结论:养肺软坚方治疗肺癌有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yangfei Ruanjian Formula in treating lung cancer.Methods:To select83cases of patients who were primary bronchus lung cancer diagnosed by exfoliative cytologic examination and pathological test;to use Yangfei Ruanjian Formula to treat the cases,one dosage one day,3days for a treatment course for2courses.Result:After the treatment of83cases in the treating group,there were5cases without CR and PR,64cases of NC,14of PD.Current remission rate was6.0%.The stability rate of cancer focus was83.1%.Conclusion:Yangfei Ruanjian Formula had a good effect in treating lung cancer.
