摘 要:选用抽薹期明显不同的亲本材料 B,C,F等配制 F1 ,F2 及回交代组合 ,并对各世代的抽薹期进行调查研究。对试验结果进行正态检验和 A ,B,C尺度检验 ,同时进行了遗传参数的估算。结果表明 ,抽薹期是受多基因控制的数量性状 ,符合加性—显性模型 ,以加性效应为主 ,显性是不完全显性 ;早抽薹对迟抽薹是显性 ,但遗传力较低 ,易受环境影响。In the experiment, three spring cabbage inbred lines which had different resistance to bolting were selected as parents.F 1,F 2 and backcross hybrids were mated.“U test”and “A,B,C yardstick”was used in the experiment.The main results are as follows: ①Inheritance of bolting character of spring cabbage was in accordance with the additive-dominance model.additive effect was predominant,dominance is partial dominance. ②Early bolting date shows dominant to later bolting time.Bolting date was a quantitative character and easily affected by enviroment because of low heritability.
