回结肠动脉的观测

摘　　要：目的　观测回盲部器官外动脉 ,为回盲部的器官移植、介入放射学诊疗等提供临床应用的基础资料。方法　成人尸体 2 0例动脉红色乳胶灌注并解剖剥离、观察、测量回盲部血供。结果　回结肠动脉的起点管内、外径分别为 1.76mm和 2 .7mm ,分支处内、外径分别为 1.41mm和 2 .41mm ,其与肠系膜上动脉 (SMA)间夹角在 31～ 75°之间的占总数的 70 %。动脉末端的分支形态为分支型、连拱型。该动脉与右结肠动脉、肠系膜上动脉及该动脉分支间有丰富的吻合。结论　回结肠动脉的起源、分支、分布比较固定 ,回盲部可作为器官移植的供体。Objective To provide anatomy data of the arterial blood supply to the ileocecal segment for the selective angiography to the ileocecal segment's arteries and the therapeutic methods of arterial intervention. Methods Including the red latex perfusion and tissue section. Results The outer and inner diameters of ileocolic artery at the origin were 1.76 mm and 2.7 mm. The outer and inner diameters of ileocolic artery at the ending were 1.41 mm and 2.41 mm. The rate, the angle of the ileocolic and SMA between 31～75° was 70%. The artery could be divided into the pattern of branch and arch. There was plentiful anastomosis between the ileocolic artery and the right colic artery. And also there was plentiful anastomosis among the branches of ileocolic artery and SMA. Conclusion The ileocolic artery is the main blood supply to the ileocecal segment, and its origin, distribution and brances is fixed. The ileocecal segment is fit for transplantation.
