摘　　要：目的 :探讨感染性耳前瘘管 ,特别是伴有较大溃面耳前瘘管的最佳手术时机。方法 :回顾分析有较大溃烂创面的感染性耳前瘘管 32例的临床资料。结果 :术后创面均愈合且无复发。结论Objective:To study the best selection of operation with infected preauricular fistular(IPF),especially accompanied by large ulceration. Method:The clinical data of 32 cases with IPF accompanied by large ulceration were reviewed retrospectively.Result: All patients recovered from resection of nidi without recurrence. Conclusion: The early and effective operation is the first selected treatment to the patients.
