摘　　要：目的 :报告哮喘合并鼻息肉患者在鼻息肉手术后的疗效。方法 :为哮喘合并鼻息肉 12例施行鼻内镜下鼻息肉切除和筛窦开放术 ,比较术前术后口服激素和吸入性激素的用量。结果 :术后激素用量减少 ,9例 (75 % )哮喘减轻 ,其中 7例明显减轻 ,2例轻度减轻 ,3例 (2 5 % )未减轻。结论 :哮喘合并鼻息肉的患者根据病情行鼻内窥镜下鼻息肉切除和鼻窦开放术 。Objective:To report the treatment outcome of asthma combined with nasal polyp after operation.Method:Extraction of nasal polyp and ethmoidotomy under endoscope were performed on 12 patients with asthma and nasal polyp.The service condition of the peroral hormone and inhalant hormone before and after operation were observed.Results:All the patients reduced the dose of hormone.Asthma relieved in 9 cases(75%),among them 7 cases obtained obvious relief,2 cases obtained low-grade relief.3 cases got no relief(25%).Conclusion:Patients with asthma combined with nasal polyp can apply extraction polyp and ethmoidotomy under endoscope,which are favorable for the treatment of asthma.
