摘  要:目的 探讨柴葛清热颗粒降温与免疫调节作用的相关性,观察其临床疗效。方法 采用伤寒、副伤寒甲、乙三联菌苗,内毒素诱发家兔体温上升模型,观察柴葛对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,免疫功能的影响。结果在三联菌苗实验中,柴葛(6.0 g/kg)解热作用明显优于银黄口服液(P<0.01),内毒素致热实验,柴葛4.0 g/kg的效果最好。能增加小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数、呈量效关系;能明显增加小鼠脾重、E玫瑰花结率,能增加小鼠胸腺重量,免疫小鼠胸腺萎缩有一定的对抗作用。结论 柴葛清热颗粒有较好的退热作用,这一作用机理与其提高细胞免疫功能有关。Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Cai-Ge Reducing Fever Granula(CGG) on fever in epidemic febrile disease caused by exopatnrgen. Methods ①Clinical treating effect was observed on 300 cases of fever in exopatnic disease by CGG. ②The rabbit model of fever in exopathic disease was induced by trphoid paraty phoid A and B triple vauine and endotoxin, animal body temperature, immunologic function such as phagocytic function of phagocyte in abdominal cavity, E rosette forming rate were measured. Results Curative ratio of fever due to exopthy with Cai-Ge Reducing Fever Granula is 98 per cent, antithermic effect of CGG (6.0,4.0g/kg) is superior to that of Yeng-Hang tral soluti on significant, and enhanced phagocytic index of phagocyte in abdominal cavity in dose-effect relationship. E rosette forming rate was increased, Thymus atrohia in animal model of lowing immunologic function was inhibited. Conclusion CGG has more function of reducing fever, the mechanism of raducing fever is related to adjustment immunologic function.
