老年阵发性室上性心动过速的射频消融治疗

摘　　要：目的　本研究旨在探讨射频消融治疗老年人室上性心动过速的有效性和安全性。方法　采用常规方法射频消融治疗 3 0例 60岁以上阵发性室上性心动过速患者 :房室结改良术治疗房室结双径路 18例、旁道消融 10例、线性消融房扑 2例。结果　射频消融手术成功率 96.7%,并发症总发生率为 10 %,无远期后遗症发生。结论　射频消融治疗老年人室上性心动过速是安全。Objective The purpose of this study was toevaluate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias in aged patients.Methods 30 of 216 patients who were more than 60 years old constituted thestudy group.Patients underwent one of the following catheter ablation procedures:AV node modification for the treatment of AV node reentrant tachycardia (18 patients),accessory pathway ablation (10 patients), ablation of the “slow zone”to cure atrial flutter (2 patients).Results Success was achieved in 29(96.7%) of 30 patients. The overall complication rate was 10%,and no patient had long term sequelae.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation appears to bean effective and safe treatment option for elderly patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
