摘　　要：目的采用分光光度法测定利凡诺注射液中利凡诺的含量。方法:以水为溶剂,加入盐酸和亚硝酸钠,采用分光光度法,在518nm 测定利凡诺注射液含量。结果线性范围16～20ug/ml,(r=0.9996),平均回收率在99％以上,变异系数小于0.8％。结论本法简便、准确、快速、稳定,可以作为利凡诺注射液中利凡诺的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish an ultraviolet speetrophotometry method for the determi- nation of the Rivanol injection.Method:The sample was obtained by the addition of hydrochloric acid solution and sodium nitrite solution.The wavelength of detection is 518nm.Result:The cali- bration curve of Rivanolwas linear(r=0.9996)over the range of 6～20μg·ml^(-1).The averang re- covery is over 99%.The coefficient variation is less than 0.8%.Conclusion:The method is sim- ple,accurate,rapid and stable.It can be applied to determine the content of the Rivanol injection.
