移栽人参芽胞摆放方向对长势的影响

摘　　要：通过平栽4年生人参苗参胞不同摆放方向试验表明,芽胞向上栽植出苗率比平放和向下栽植的高,茎高、花轴长、叶长及采种量也是向上比平放和向下表现出明显的优势。科学试验和生产均应采用芽胞向上栽植,减少试验误差,提高植株整齐度。The experiment on laying-direction of gemmae in flatplanted 4 year-old ginseng seedlings showed that the gemmae laying upwards had a higher rate of emergence as compared with those laying flat or downwards. Similarly, the plants from the gemmae upwards were more superior than those from the gemmae flat or downwards as to the height of stem, length of floral axis, length of leaf, and amount of seeds. Planting gemmae upwards should all be adopted in both scientific experiment and practical production to reduce experimental error and raise plant uniformity.
