摘  要:目的探讨性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)基因启动子(TAAAA)n重复多态与卵巢早衰(POF)的关联性。方法应用聚合酶链反应及变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶分离技术检测75例POF患者及167例卵巢功能正常的对照女性SHBG基因启动子(TAAAA)n多态性,比较并分析其在两组中的重复情况。结果 POF组和对照组的SHBG基因启动子(TAAAA)n重复范围分别为6~11次和4~10次,两组等位基因均值分别为(7.85±1.31)和(7.24±1.60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SHBG基因(TAAAA)n长重复多态(n≥8)在POF组和对照组分布分别为32.0%和20.4%,SHBG基因(TAAAA)n短重复多态(n<8)在POF组和对照组中的分布分别为68.0%和79.6%,长、短多态分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SHBG基因启动子(TAAAA)n多态可能与POF发病有关。Objective To investigate the relation between sex hormone- binding globulin( SHBG) gene promoter( TAAAA) n repeat polymorphism and premature ovarian failure( POF). Methods Polymerase chain reaction and denaturing polyacrylamide gel separation technology were used to detect SHBG gene promoter( TAAAA) n repeat polymorphism in 75 cases with POF and 167 ovarian function normal controls. Results In the POF group and the control group,the SHBG gene promoter( TAAAA) n repeat range were respectively from6 to 11 and 4 to 10 times,and the biallelic mean were respectively( 7. 85 ± 1. 31) and( 7. 24 ± 1. 60),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Thedistribution of SHBG gene( TAAAA) n repeat polymorphism in short( n < 8) between the POF groups and the control group were 68. 0% and 79. 6%,while in long( n≥8) were respectively 32. 0% and 20. 4%,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion SHBG gene promoter( TAAAA) n repeat polymorphism may be related to pathogenesis of POF.
