摘　　要：本文研究并建立了经济发展预报模型 ,实现了集市场经济下生产方案的设计与优化、理想经济下均衡标准预测、资金盈余预测等于一体的预报软件系统 ,并利用新疆的经济发展现状对模型进行验证 。To avoid economic amount and structure to lose balance,this paper combines Xinjiang Autonomy District economic development condition,studies and establishes model of economic development forecast,the computer aided decision software system is realized that provides all functions of market economic production scheme optimization,ideal economic balanced standard to foresee,and so on,it provides an efficiency aided decision tool to control economic development for the department of production planning and macroscopic economic regulate and control.
