摘　　要：商业信用问题是我国目前必须要解决的一个基础性问题 ,其具体包括商业信用的含义及其重要性、我国商业信用的现状和商业信用的法律保护机制等。The issue on commercial credit is a basic prblem of our country to be resolved at present. It mainly includes the meaning significance, the actuality of commercial credit in China, and the legal protecting mechanism. We find that to make independent legislation on the issue of commercial credit as early as possible is the best approach to perfect our country's commercial credit system.
