摘　　要：为了能在骨质疏松症的病理机制有进一步突破和研制出有更好疗效的药物 ,医药工作者大多采取动物实验研究方法。文章就动物模型的选择、造模方法、选用指标等方面的研究进展结合大量国内外文献进行了综述。Based on the summarization of the relative internal and external literatures, the article expounded the study progress about the animal experiment research on osteoporosis, including the choice of animal model,experiment methods and parameter, etc.
