摘　　要：文章介绍了前臂中、下 1/3双骨折在治疗方法进展方面的三种不同观点 :AO、BO、CO。提出针对前臂中、下 1/3双骨折移位规律共性来探求规范、简单、有效的治疗方法并在多中心、大样本的临床研究中加以证实是今后前臂中、下 1/3双骨折手法治疗的必然趋势。The article expounded different kinds of treatment to fracture in the anterior 1/3 part of forearm. It suggested that it is a necessary trend to quest the canonical, simple and effective way confirmed by the clinical study with multi-center and mass samples.
