摘　　要：本文报道一位56岁绝经三年的妇女,经过赠卵试管婴儿顺利分娩一健康男婴,孕妇年龄创亚太地区之最。同时讨论了赠卵试管婴儿的适应症、内膜准备和高龄妇女分娩的并发症。The 56-year-old woman, who had suffered from menopause for 3 years, successfully got pregnancy after accepted oocyte donation and IVF-ET in our hospital and gave birth to a health baby by cesarean-delivery on Aug 7, 1999. Currently both mother and baby are in good health. The woman is the oldest pregnant women ever recorded in China and Asia-Pacific area. This paper comments on the problems: the clinic purpose and safety of oocyte donation; the monitor of aging pregnant woman and the prevention of medical complication.
