摘 要:实验考察了气体停留时间 ,进气负荷和温度等对油烟去除率的影响 ,初步研究了生物滤塔的抗冲击能力。结果表明 ,当停留时间大于 2 0s ,温度 2 5~ 35℃ ,进气负荷为 80~ 4 0 0g/ (m3h) ,生物滤塔去除率达到90 %以上 ,且具有较强的抗冲击能力。A strain Pseudomonas sp .was screened from the contaminated soil by colza oil and was used for the biofiter in this study.The effects of retention time of oil vapor in the biofilter,vapor amount loading,and temperature on the biodegradation efficiency of oil vapor were studied.The recuperated ability of the biofilter was determined.The experimental results showed that the biodegradation efficiency of oil vapor was more than 90% when the oil vapor retention time in the biofilter was longer than 20s at 25~35℃ and the amount of inlet oil vapor was less than 400g/(m 3·h).The biofilter was robust enough to recover quickly in a shock loading scenario.
