脑导纳环频域脑血流图对颈椎病诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑导纳微分环、频域脑血流图对颈椎病的诊断价值。方法 :应用KT ENG双侧脑血流仪及相应软件对颈椎病患者进行脑导纳微分环及频域脑血流图检测 ,并与正常组比较。结果 :颈椎病患者的脑导纳微分环及频域脑血流图中的快速射血期面积及血管回缩期面积等指标与正常组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 5)。Objective: To probe into the value of the admittanc e differential loo p and power spectral of cephalogram in diagnosing cervical spondylosis. Methods: Comparing the admittance differential loop and power spectral of cephalogram in cervical spondylosis patients with that in normal person. Results: Some inde xes of the admittance differential loop and power spectral of cephalogram in cer vical spondylosis patients are lower than that of normal person.
