摘　　要：目的 :提高对血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的认识。方法 :报道血栓性血小板减少性紫癜 4例的诊断治疗经过并进行文献复习。结果 :1例就诊未及时治疗死亡。治疗的 3例 ,2例痊愈 ,1例死亡。结论 :TTP的治疗以血浆置换为首选 ,并输注新鲜冰冻血浆 ,常规应用皮质类固醇和抗血小板药物。开发特异的重组基因治疗药物 。Objective:To improve the understanding of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP). Methods: The characteristics of 4 cases and experience of treatment were discussed with review of literatures. Results: One patient died before treatment soon after diagnosis. After combination therapy, 2 patients achieved remission, 1 case died. Conclusion: Plasma exchange with infusion of fresh frozen plasma is the first choice for treatment of TTP, routine use of glucocorticods, antiplatelet agents is recommended. Development of new and highly specific recombinant gene drug might improve outcome of the disease.
