摘　　要：文章以造血系统为主,探索干细胞系统研究中系统观的哲学思想。干细胞系统是一种相互作用和相 互依赖的各要素构成的具有稳定整体功能的系统。从共同性上把握干细胞系统的本质,注重层次性和自组织原 理,探讨干细胞系统的运行和调控规律,有利于更深入认识干细胞。Based on the systermical point of view the philosophical standpoint of research of stem cells was discussed. The system of stem cell is one that possesses steady holistic function, which is composed of many interactiional and interdependent factors. It is necessary to study the essence of the system of stem cell in common and to discuss the law of running and regularity of the system, with emphasis on hiberarchy and constitution simultaneously, which is propitious to know about stem cell better.
