关于云南地勘体制改革创新的思考

摘　　要：文章结合云南省地矿系统的现状 ,分析了云南省地勘单位属地化管理后 ,体制创新的政策条件、资源条件、地勘单位自身条件 ,提出了地勘单位体制创新的三项思路和措施。即建立支柱产业 ,进行战略性结构调整 ,产业重组等。According to current situation of Yun Nan Provincial Geological Prospecting industry, the paper analyses requirement (including policy, resource and self) of innovation of system after localized management. Then, it points out measures about the innovation, such as establishing prop industry, implementing strategic structural adjustment and industrial reorganization.
