摘　　要：目的探讨原发性震颤的手术价值和方法。方法对23例原发性震颤病人行微电极导向立体定向Vim、Forel-H区毁损术。结果手术后震颤评分改善均>7分,取得显效;无严重并发症。结论立体定向手术是治疗原发性震颤的有效方法,Vim是首选靶点,Forel-H区是较理想的补充靶点。Objective To study the role and method of neurosurgery for essential tremor. Methods 23 cases were treated by microelectrode-guided stereotactic neurosurgery. Results The decrease of the tremor scale was over 7 after operation, no severe complications occured. Conclusion The stereotactic neurosurgery is the most efficacious way in the treatment of essential tremor. The preferred target is Vim, and Forel-H is an ideal complementary target.
