摘　　要：目的　测定氯柳酊中二组分的含量。方法　采用新Vierordt法不经分离直接测定氯柳酊中氯霉素及水杨酸的含量 ,测定波长分别为 2 78nm及 2 97nm。结果　平均回收率及RSD :氯霉素为 99 6% ,0 87%和水杨酸为 10 0 6% ,1 13 %。结论　本法操作简便、快速 ,准确 。Objective\To establish a New Vierordt mothod of the assay of individual medicaments in the chloramphenicol and salicylic acid t incture Method\ The new Vierordt method need not separation , and detect directly at 278 nm, 298 nm respectively Result\ The average recoveries were 99 6%,100 6%, with RSD 0 87%,1 13% respectiv ely Conclusion\ This determination method is simple,rapid,accura te and suitable for hospital pharmacy
