摘  要:对22株分离自四川省各地的慢生型花生根瘤进行水培、盆栽、田间小区试验,通过考查结瘤数、鲜瘤重、单株全氮含量、花生产量,筛选出4株有效性高、竞争结瘤能力较土著根瘤菌强的菌株,它能增强豆科植物的共生固氮效果,这在理论上和生产实践上均具有重要的价值.Four nitrogen fixing effective strains were selected out from 22 peanut bradyrhizobial strains,which were isolated from the different cultivars and locations in Sichuan,by observing nodule number,fresh nodule weight,amount of N fixed and peanut yields in N-free solution pot,soil pot and small scale field experiments.These strains showed that their competitive ability was higher than that of the parent strain.The result indicates that the four strains can make significant increase in nodules on the peanut roots,and therefore it is useful in production.
