敏疏糖方对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者外周胰岛素抵抗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察祛痰降浊中药敏疏糖方对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者外周胰岛素的抵抗作用。方法 :39例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为中药、西药两组 ,观察主要症状和体征的改善情况及实验室检测指标 :血糖、胰岛素、外周胰岛素敏感度、胰岛素释放率和胰岛素敏感性指数的变化。结果 :中药组可明显改善病人的临床主要症状和体征 ,作用明显优于西药组 ;两组对实验室各检测指标均有明显改善 ,两组间比较无差异。结论 :祛痰降浊中药敏疏糖方可祛除或减轻糖尿病病人的胰岛素抵抗 。Objective:To observe the effect of minyutang prescription which was able to remove phlegm and send down turbid pathogenic factor on peripheral insulin resistance of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. Method:39 cases with typ Ⅱ diabetes were devided into two groups randomly,they were treated with Chinese herbs or western medicines,the main symptoms,signs and some laboratory indexes such as blood sugar,insulin and SI、IRG,and IAI were recorded and determined at different stages Results:Chinese prescription minyutang could obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs,the effect was significantly better than that of western medicine,All of the indexes could be improved in two groups and there was no difference between them. Conclusion:Chinese prescription minyutang which was able to remove phlegm and send down turbid pathogenic factor could eliminate or relieve the insulin resistance of diabetes patients and enhance the sensibility of human body to insulin.
