健胃汤对乙酸胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜细胞动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察健胃汤对乙酸致胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜细胞动力学的影响。方法 :制备乙酸致大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,分别予健胃汤及西咪替丁治疗 13d后 ,检测胃溃疡粘膜细胞凋亡指数 (AI)、增殖细胞核抗原标记指数 (LI) ,并分析细胞周期变化情况。结果 :模型组胃粘膜细胞AI及LI比正常对照组明显增多 ,细胞周期中各时相比率明显增加 ;健胃汤组与模型组比较 ,细胞凋亡减少而增殖增加 ,细胞周期中的G2 /M期 (有丝分裂期 )细胞比率增高。结论Objective:To observe the effect of Jianwei decoction (JWD) on acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer mucosal cell kinetics in rats. Methods:Rats with acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer treated with JWD or cimetidine for 13 days,the apoptotic index(AI)、proliferating cell nuclear antigen labeling index (LI) and cell cycle were detected. Results:Compared with normal control group,AI、LI and proportion of all phase cell in cell cycle obviously increased in model group;Compared with that in the model group,AI decreased,LI and proportion of G 2/S phase cell were increased in JWD treated group. Conclusion:JWD plays a role in decreasing cell apoptosis and increasing cell proliferation.
