摘  要:目的 :探讨珍珠梅乙酸乙酯提取物在大鼠肝脏化学致癌初期对谷胱甘肽S -转移酶 (GST -P)表达的影响。方法 :按略改良的Solt-Farber氏方法制作大鼠肝脏癌前病变模型 ,用草苁蓉提取物饲养大鼠6w后处死 ,取肝脏 ,用免疫组织化学ABC法检测GST -P ;同步观察电子显微镜下组织学改变。结果 :GST-P在珍珠梅给药组的表达率显著低于癌前病变模型组。结论 :珍珠梅乙酸乙酯提取物在大鼠肝脏化学致癌初期对GSTObjective:To study the effect ethyl ester extract of Sorbaria Sorbifolia on glutathione S-transferase at early stage of rat's chemical hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods:Hepatic preneoplastic lesions in rats were induced by modified Solt-Farber protocol and rats were killed after feeding with the water extract from Sorbaria Sorbifolia for six weeks,glutathione S-transferase was detected by using the immunohistochemical ABC method,and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. Results:The rate of the expression of glutathione S-transferase was lower in test group than that in model group. Conclusion:The ethyl ester extract of Sorbaria Sorbifolia can reduce the rate of expression of glutathione S-transferase at early stage of rat's chemical hepatocarcinogenesis
