摘　　要：胃痛是一种常见的症状。胃痛发病可由多种原因引起 ,但病理机制 ,主要在于“不通则痛” ,故治疗应以理气活血、和胃止痛为主。胃宁散方中由青木香、辽细辛、汉防已、白芨为基础药物组成 ,根据临床常见证型不同加减治疗。治疗 5 8例胃痛患者 ,总有效率为 94 8%。此方止痛效果快 ,疗效巩固 。Stomach ache is a common sympton.It is also called “paunch ache” in the traditional Chinese medical science.It may be caused by many of reasons,the prime pathologic way is “be obstructed follow pain”,so the therapy rules are administering the Qi\,activating the blood\,relaxing the stomach and relieveing the pain.The powder of WEINING is primarily composed of four basic Chinese traditional medicine,that is costusroot\,asarum\,Fourstamen stephania root and common bletilla tuber.It can be treated accordance with different usually clinical types.This article has reported 58 cases of stomach ache,the overall effective rate up to 94.8 percent.It has rapid effect for relieveing pain,the curative effect is stability and taking it convenience.
