摘　　要：目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤患者防御机制的特点及与非肿瘤患者的差别。　方法 :采用防御方式问卷 ,对 37例恶性肿瘤患者进行测试并与 37例非肿瘤患者作对照研究。　结果 :恶性肿瘤患者不成熟防御方式及其潜意显现、抱怨、躯体化得分明显高于对照组 ,而成熟防御方式及升华、压抑、幽默分明显较对照组低。　结论 :恶性肿瘤患者具有与非肿瘤患者不同的防御机制。Objective:To investigate whether patients with malignant tumors have different defense styles from those among patients with non-tumor diseases. Method:37 patients with malignant tumor,37 with non-tumor diseases were assessed with DSQ (defense style questionnaire). Results: The immature defense style score is significantly higher among tumor patients than in the control group, the mature defense style score is significantly lower in tumor patients than in the control group. Conclusion:Patients with malignant tumor have different defense styles to patients with non-tumor diseases.
