摘　　要：目的 比较皮瓣法和肌皮瓣法在眼袋整形术中的特点和效果。方法 通过临床手术病例分组对比两种方法的术后效果。结果肌皮瓣组局部肿胀较轻,皮瓣组对眼轮匝肌松弛及皮肤的皱折改善效果更佳。结论 皮瓣法更好的处理了皮肤和肌肉的松弛畸形,使其达到解剖复位,矫正了下睑畸形,效果更好更持久。Objective To compare the effects between the skin flap and muscle skin flap method in the lower eyelid blepharo-plasty. Methods 48 cases of eye-bag patiens were divided randomly into two groups for comparing the operation effect of two operation methods. Results The effect of the skin flap method is better then the muscle skin flap method in correcting the relax of orbicularis muscle and skin. Conclusion The relax of orbicularis muscle and skin can be treated according to different degree,its effect is better and longger than the muscle skin method.
