摘　　要：以玉作喻,玉人对玉璞的切磋琢磨,变顽石为美器,正如建筑师对建筑的思考推敲,变制约为创造。以减法手法创作的浙江省电力大楼方案结合基地形状,以长方形为母体,根据几个主要景观面的环境应力对母体进行切挖,组织良好景观的同时,减少东西向用房并增加建筑的“可呼吸面”,从而达到节能和塑造人性化空间的目的。在立面处理上运用了网格化的处理手法,创造了强烈的形式感。In thispaper,we assimilatethe buildingto a jade.The course of the jade-makingman carvingthe uncutjade and turninga stone to be a treasureis justlikethe course of architectponderingupon the buildings.Turningthe restrictionsas a pointto createand combinethe shape of the terrain,by using subtractionmethod,the plan of ZhejiangElectricPower Buildinguses a cuboid as a matrixand carves the matrix accordingthe tresses fromsurroundingenvironment.Whenorganizingthe officescene,the architectsreducethe rooms facingeast and west and increaserespiratoryinterfacesso as to achievethe goals of energyeconomizingand space humanized.
