摘　　要：从现代社会对配电的要求、电力企业自身的发展需要、国内外配网自动化发展的状况等方面,论述了中低压配电网自动化的必要性;对配电网自动化的几种现有方案进行了比较,提出了用可编程序控制器(PLC)来实现中低压配电网自动化的解决方案,并对PLC方案的具体实现作了详细的介绍。The necessity of automatizing middle and low voltage distribution network is discussed in terms of social demand,the needs of power enterprise development and the state of the art in distribution network automation at home and abroad. With the comparison of different schemes for realizing the automatization,the programmable logic controller (PLC) scheme is proposed as a better choice and its specific realization expounded.
