摘　　要：对两种国家标准和行业标准推荐的绝缘油击穿电压测定方法进行了比较,对目前这些标准的执行现状进行了分析,并对试验方法提出了一些改进的建议。从绝缘油的击穿机理出发,分析了影响绝缘油击穿电压测定值准确度的主要因素,以及判断击穿电压测定值精密性和准确性的原则。This paper compares the two testing methods for insulating oil breakdown voltage recommended respectively by the national standard and the trade standard. The status quo of the implementation of the two standards is analyzed and some suggestions for improving the testing method put forward. Based on the breakdown mechanism of insulating oil,main influential factors and judging principles on the accuracy of the test results are analyzed as well.
