摘  要:本文以Pb—Sb共晶合金作为复合变质剂进行试验,确定这两种元素对ZL102铝硅合金的组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,在金属型铸造条件下,Pb/Sb复合加入时试件获得典型的变质组织,其机械性能比未变质时有显著提高。与单独加入铅或锑元素对合金进行变质相比较,本工艺的优点是:节约变质剂的加入量(复合变质剂加入仅0.4%~1.0%);操作方便;降低了成本,因而更有实用价值。In this paper tests with Pb-Sb eutectic alley as a combined modificator were perfortmed to de termine the combined effects of these two elements on the structure and properties of ZL102 Al-Si alloy. The results obtained indicate that the structure of test castings with Pb/Sb combined addition cast in permanent mold is typically modified and the mechanical properties are much better than the unmodified castings. The advantages of the process include Saving modificator addition (ranged from 0. 4% to 1.0%), more conve nient operation, lower cost, and geater use value compared with the separate Lead or Antimony addition as a modificator.
