摘  要:系统研究了影响硅溶胶型壳强度的因素,提出了制备超薄高强度型壳的方案和工艺参数。由于模型直接放入高温炉内会急剧气化,易使型壳开裂,本文研究了三种避免型壳焙烧开裂的脱模工艺,提出低温脱模、高温焙烧的工艺是可行的。Some influence factors on the strength of silicate-bound shells have been systemdy studied, and the process flowsheet and parameters to make a super-thin and high strength shell have been proposed. The raped vaporization of the pattern heated directly in furnace causes the shell to be easily crack. Thus three kinds of stripping processes have been studied for keeping the shells from craking. It is proposed in practical viewpoint to spripp the shells at lower temperatures but to roast them at higher ones.
