摘　　要：要保证与促进银行保险向纵深发展,制度因素是根本。金融经营模式是决定一国金融发展的根本因素,完善我国现行的金融经营模式,是我国银行保险发展的制度保证,也是我国金融业可持续发展的重要内容。Regulation is vital to ensure and promote the further development of banking insurance while financial management modes basically determines the financial development of a nation. Therefore,to perfect the existing financial management modes is a system guarantee for the development banking insurance in China and also the main contents of the sustainable development of China's financial industry.
