摘  要:目的 :观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿生后24小时、48小时血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)浓度改变特征。方法 :选择我院新生儿病房HIE患儿62例 ,其中轻度20例 ,中度24例 ,重度18例 ;产科同期健康足月新生儿20例为对照组。所有病例于生后24、48小时各取静脉血1ml,应用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定NSE水平。结果 :生后24、48小时HIE轻度组血清NSE浓度与正常对照组无明显差异 ,中、重度组血清NSE浓度较正常对照组均明显上升 (P<0 001) ,但中、重度组之间差异无显著性。结论 :检测血清NSE浓度有助于中、重度HIE的早期诊断。Objective:To observe the characteristic of concentration change of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE)in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)in24,48hours after birth.Methods:62neonates wit HIE were selected from neonate ward of our hospital,in which light,middle and severe grade were20,24,18respectively.20neonates of full term normal delivery selected from midwifery cases were served as control group synchronously.All the neonates in24,48hours after their birth were taken blood1ml out of the vena for determination of the level of NSE by radiommunoassay(RIA).Results:In24,48hours after birth,there was no significant difference in the concentration of serum NSE between light grade and control group,the concentration of serum NSE in the middle grade and severe grade group was significant rise comˉparing to the control group(P<0.001),but no obvious difference was found between middle grade and severe grade group.Conclusion:It is conducive to and early diagnosis of middle grade and severe grade HIE to detect the concentration of serum NSE.
