摘　　要：推导了在三坐标测量机上用三点定圆法测量圆零件的圆心位置和半径的优化方案,找到了多点测量时测量误差与测量点数的关系及测圆弧时圆心角的大小与测量误差的关系。In this paper, the optimazation of measuring the center and radius of round parts in CMM by three-point method is obtained. The relation between the number of the measured points and measured error by multi-point measurement is discussed. The relation between the central angle and measured error in the measurement is also acquired.
