摘 要:研究了高耐磨炭黑(N330)填充型粉末丁苯橡胶犤P(SBR/N330)犦硫化胶在100℃×48h及72h条件下的热空气老化性能,并与块状SBR/N330机械混炼胶的硫化胶进行了对比。采用RPA2000型橡胶加工性能分析仪测定了硫化胶的损耗因子(tanδ)。结果表明,包覆剂可使P(SBR/N330)硫化胶老化后的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率具有较高的保持率,并提高了硫化胶的压缩疲劳温升及tanδ,但硫化胶的耐磨性能和耐压缩永久变形性能下降。随着包覆剂含量的增加,硫化胶上述性能的变化趋势增强。当包覆剂为5质量份时,老化前后P(SBR/N330)硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能较强。The N 330 filled powdered SBR vulcanisates(SBR/N 330)were compared with the aged vulcanisates of mixed black SBR/N 330 under heat ageing test at 100 ℃for 48 h and 72 h respectively. The tan δwas determined by rubber processing behavior analyzer.The results showed that the presence of encapsulant enabled the aged P(SBR/N 330)vulcanisates had higher retention of tensile strength and elongation at break,but decreased their abrasion and compression-set resistance, and increased the heat build-up and tan δ.The changes in the above mentioned properties became more and more obvious when the content of the encapsulant increased.When the content of the encapsulant was 5 phr,the flexing fatigue resistance of the unaged and aged vulcanisates increased.
