摘　　要：化工企业的物质供应工作是企业生产过程的基础环节。供应物质的质量与供应是否连续直接影响产品的成本、质量、安全、环保、市场行情等。本文结合化工企业自身的特性 ,论述了化工企业供应网络的建立 ,并且将其在科学管理的基础有效完善。建立供应网络对促进企业生产发展 。The supply of materials is the basic link in the course of production of a chemical industry.Both the quality and consistence of the materials supplied has a direct influence on the cost of products ,quality, safety, the environment preservation as well as market situation .By analyzing the characteristics of chemical industry, the necessities of setting up a supply network for chemical industry was discussed as well as improving the network by scientific management. Setting up a supply network plays an important part in promoting the development of an industry as well as in improving the operation activities of a business.
