摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定乌丹降脂颗粒中大黄素的含量。方法:固定相为C_(18)ODS柱;流动相为甲醇—0.1％磷酸溶液;检测波长254nm。结果:大黄素标准对照品线性关系好,r=0.9999,样品平均回收率为97.55％,RSD=1.48％。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于该产品的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for detemination of emodin in Wudanjiangzhi Granules by HPLC. Method: C18ODS column was usd,the methanol-phosphate acid 0. 1%(85 : 15)was used as the mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was at 254nm. Result:The linear relation of emodin was good,r = 0. 9999,and the average recovery was 97. 55% with RSD=1. 48%. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,the precision and repllcationand were well,and can be used as a method for detemination of this product.
