摘　　要：分析了人民币汇率的概念、决定因素以及与经济的关系 ;探讨了人民币汇率升值的积极意义、消极影响和人民币汇率稳定的利弊 ;阐述了中国坚持人民币汇率基本稳定政策的作用和措施。The concept of RMB's exchange rate, its determinant factors and relationships with economy were analyzed in this article. The positive significance of RMB's increase in value, its negative effects as well as the advantages and disadvantages of RMB's stable exchange rate were discussed. The author also discussed the functions and measures of China's policies to insist on the stability of RMB's exchange rate.
