摘  要:设计火电机组时 ,应确定锅炉出口参数与“机炉压降”的关系 ,“机炉压降”与“主蒸汽管道压降”的关系及它们与管径匹配的计算方法。在进行“机炉压降”与主蒸汽管道匹配时 ,应按“机炉压降”值限定主蒸汽管道流速上限并确定与“机炉压降”值相匹配的主蒸汽管道上限流速。采用单管制的 2 0 0MW及以上大容量机组主蒸汽管道的推荐流速一般取 6 0m/s。对 12 5~ 30 0MW的亚临界机组 ,或 6 0 0MW机组 ,采用双管制时 ,其与 5 %“机炉压降”匹配的允许蒸汽流速不宜超过 5 5m/s。In design of thermal power units the calculation method for the relation of the boiler output parameters to the turbine boiler pressure drop, relation of this drop to the main steam pipe pressure drop and match of these drops to the pipe diameter should be decided. While the turbine boiler pressure drop is calculated to match to the main steam pipe pressure drop, the maximum main steam pipe flow should be limited according to the turbine boiler pressure drop value and determined to match to the turbine boiler pressure drop value. The flow rate recommended for the main steam pipe of 200 MW and above large units with single pipe system is 60 m/s normally. For double pipe system of 125~300 subcritical units or 600 MW units the allowable steam flow rate matching to 5% turbine boiler pressure drop would better not exceed 55 m/s.
