摘　　要：用透射电镜对串叶松香草根细胞进行观察,发现在细胞中普遍存在膜状溶酶体,其内具有被分解消化的细胞质结构.并对这一现象进行了初步分析.The ultrastructures of root tip cells in silphium perfoliatum L. were studied with transmission electron microscopy.The results show there are a lot of the membrance-like lysosomes in many cells,the cytoplasmic contents were decomposed and digested in the membrane-like lysosomes.An analysis has been made for this phenomenon.
