摘　　要：目的　应用维纳斯激光治疗太田痣 ,观察其治疗反应及疗效。方法　采用美国维纳斯激光治疗机 ,根据病变颜色及治疗反应 ,分别选择不同波长进行治疗。结果　 86例患者经 4～ 9次治疗 ,均有效。无一例出现瘢痕 ,总有效率达 10 0 %。结论　维纳斯激光治疗太田痣安全、特效 。Objective To treat nevus of Ota with Versapulse laser and observe the response to the treatment and the effect. Methods The disease was treated with Versapulse laser the corresponding wave length(1?064/755?nm)was chosen according to the colour and the response to treatment. Results After 4～9 times of treatment, the total effective rate of 86 cases was as high as 100% without scar. Conclusion To treat nevus of Ota with tunable Q-switch wave length (1?064/755nm) has the peculiarity of safety and fairly good effects.
