前列地尔注射液联合治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病患者蛋白尿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察前列地尔注射液 (Lipo PGE1,商品名凯时 )治疗高血压合并 2型糖尿病患者蛋白尿的临床疗效。　方法　临床确诊为高血压合并 2型糖尿病且存在蛋白尿的 61例患者 ,2 9例 (对照组 )仅给予降压、降糖等基础治疗 ,3 2例 (前列地尔组 )则在上述常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔注射液 2 0 μg 天 ,共 2周。　 结果　前列地尔组治疗 2周后 2 4小时蛋白尿明显减少 ,与对照组比较差异性显著 (1 1g± 0 3gVS 1 9g± 0 5g ,P <0 0 1)。　结论　前列地尔注射液联合常规治疗能明显降低高血压合并Objective To observe clinical effects of Lipo prostaglandin E 1(Lipo PGE 1) on albuminuria of essential hypertension(EH) superimposed 2 type diabetes (DM Ⅱ) Methods 61 patients with EH superimposed DM Ⅱ patients albuminuria were divided into two groups:32 patients of them,as the treated group,besides basic therapy were Lipo PGE 1 20μg/d for 2 weeks intravenously,other 29 patients were only given basic therapy(control group) Results Afer 2 weeks treatment,albuminuria in 24 hours of Lipo PGE 1 group markedly decreased;compared with the control group there were an obvious statistic difference between them(1 1g±0 3g vs 1 9g±0 5g,P<0 01) Conclusion Lipo PGE 1 combining basic therapy might effectively decrease albuminuria of EH concurred with DM Ⅱ
