区域中心城市构建多元化域外人才利用平台的实证研究——以广东省梅州市为例

摘　　要：人才是推动经济社会发展的核心动力。目前我国区域中心城市大都处于经济社会的发展中阶段,人才的瓶颈制约普遍存在,构建多元化的域外人才利用平台是区域中心城市突破人才制约的必然选择。通过对广东省梅州市构建多元化域外人才沟通与合作平台的实证研究,总结区域中心城市域外人才利用的创新思路,分析存在的问题及原因,对完善运作机制和实现可持续发展进行探讨。Talent is the core momentum of economic and social development.Most regional central cities are developing cities,the bottleneck of talent is still exits,building platform to attracting diverse talents of extraterritorial in regional central cities is an inevitable choice for us.This paper is an evidence analysis of Meizhou case to find out a new way to attract talents,analyzing the problems and reasons,discussing sustainable development and the operating mechanism.
